Dana Burke — 3rd Grade
Ms. Burke first joined the faculty in 2005 to teach fourth grade. She then spent a year as the Gifted and Talented facilitator for the third through fifth grades at Georgetown ISD and returned to GSA in 2007 where she now teaches third grade. She received her BS in Agribusiness Management with a concentration in food marketing from the University of Delaware. Ms. Burke has her Masters of Education from Concordia University with a specialization in literacy instruction, and she has completed certification for K-12 Gifted and Talented instruction. Prior to coming to GSA, Ms. Burke was an education and youth marketing manager for Coca-Coca.
