Dana Burke — Math Coordinator
Ms. Burke first joined the GSA faculty in 2005. During her first year at the school, Ms. Burke taught fourth grade. She then spent a year as the Gifted and Talented facilitator for the third through fifth grades at Georgetown Independent School District and has returned to GSA in 2007 to teach the third and fourth grades. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware in Agribusiness Management with a concentration in food marketing. Ms. Burke has her Masters in Education from Concordia University with an area of specialization in literacy instruction and she has completed certification in K-12 Gifted and Talented. Prior to coming to GSA and teaching, Ms. Burke was an education and youth marketing manager for Coca-Coca.
