Meaghan Dinan — Spanish

Ms. Dinan joined the faculty in 2008. She has completed the coursework for her PhD in Spanish Linguistics with a focus on Second Language Acquisition at UT Austin. She has a MA in Spanish Linguistics and a BA in English Literature and Spanish Literature, both from UT Austin, where she graduated summa cum laude. Ms. Dinan is certified to teach both English and Spanish at the Secondary School level. She has taught Spanish at Austin High School, UT Austin, and Austin Community College, has led high school trips to Costa Rica and Spain, and she taught ESL classes in Venezuela. Ms. Dinan has been a Princeton Review test preparation instructor for the verbal and math sections of the SAT and GMAT exams. She is also a Girl Scout leader.
