Robotics Teams Advance to Finals

Congratulations to GSA's two robotics teams, the 3rd-5th grade Volcanic 7 and 6th-8th grade Spare Pieces. Competing in separate qualifying events, both teams took 3rd prize in Research Presentation! Since only about half of all the teams qualified for the next round, we are very happy. Ms. Schmitt has the plaque in her office - stop by to see it!

Our intrepid programmers will now advance to the city-wide First Lego League Finals which will be held on January 10th in Round Rock. We wish both teams the best of luck and, as they say in the industry, "break a Lego!"
