February is the month for decisions in the Admissions Office. On February 2, the day all applications were due, we had 30 completed applications for prospective kindergarteners – and several more that were incomplete – for a 15-girl class. Clearly, we had to make some difficult choices, but we are very excited about the 15 students to whom we extended an invitation to join GSA in kindergarten next fall. We invited seven students in other grades to join us next year as well. The deadline for signed contracts for new and returning students is March 9, the Monday before Spring Break.

We've had two open houses in February and I've already met families interested in the 2010-11 school year! We'll begin accepting applications for the 2010-11 school year next fall; we continue to accept applications for the 2009-10 school year on a rolling basis.
