Gala Update

"Sponsoring" GSA Staff & Students

The annual gala is, first and foremost, a fundraiser for GSA. That said, it's also an opportunity to bring together the adults in our community to celebrate our successes. We're very glad to be able to offer free tickets to GSA staff and faculty, and all of our 7th and 8th graders. Of course, for those of us crunching the numbers, every ticket that we "comp" affects the bottom line.

If you can't attend the Sunday, April 19 event, please consider sponsoring one of these guests. (And if you can attend, we hope you consider doing this, too!) This is a great way to contribute to the evening in a very meaningful way. No staff member or invited student will be turned away, of course, but covering the cost of these tickets will greatly offset GSA's out-of-pocket expenses and help us reach our fundraising goals.

Tickets are now available online. (Don't worry - invitations won't be mailed until March 13 and the ticket purchase deadline isn't until April 13!) Even if you're not ready to buy your own gala ticket, you can still purchase one on behalf of a staff member or student. Tickets are $80 each and you do not need to designate an individual - we will distribute the donated funds accordingly.
