GSA Art, Earth Day and AVEDA

In addition to our Self Portrait show at the Maranda Pleasant Gallery, Sat., April 26th, 4-8 p.m., we are partnering with AVEDA for the 3rd year in a row, to support Earth Day with our beautiful artwork.
We will be honored in a reception at their Barton Creek Mall store on Sunday, April 26, 1-3 p.m.
The 8th Grade String Ensemble will also be performing at this event!
Our students have created the "FLOATING ART GALLERY", a temporary installation at the AVEDA store and silent auction, in support of clean water rights for all. Last year we raised almost $2000 for the Gulf Restoration Project!
Aquatic works of art by all of our students will be displayed at the store April 18 through May 3 (bidding closes).
The girls' work is poignant and inspiring and is part of our community effort to generate interest, concern and action for our environment.
Plase make plans to drop by and appreciate their efforts! All friends and family are welcome! AVEDA is located on the 2nd floor at Barton Creek Mall, at the intersection of Cap. of TX (360) and Mopac (Loop1).
