Art Show and Silent Auction

It appeared to be the busiest GSA weekend on record—the Spectacular Gala on Friday night, hail and Mother Nature, and the Aveda /GSA Environmental Art Exhibit!

Almost 100 students, family and friends attended the Aveda /GSA Floating Art Gallery on Sunday at Barton Creek Mall and enjoyed the marvelous music of our Strings Ensemble, under the direction of Gilles Bonneau. Thank you Ana, Gabi, Maeve, Gabriella, Izzy, Rowan, Stevie and Mr. Bonneau for the gorgeous performances!

The Aveda Team provided delicious refreshments and special treats for all of our artists.

Our girls' paintings were amazing and raised almost $800 for the Gulf Restoration Project. Thank you so much for attending and supporting our Earth Week endeavor.

For those of you who missed the opportunity to be part of this worthwhile cause, the exhibit will be up (and for sale) until 4pm, Tuesday, April 29th, at the Aveda Center at Barton Creek Mall. There are still many wonderful pieces available!
