| 7:50 am | Southwest 3316 leaves for El Paso (with a stop in Dallas) |
| 9:20 am | Arrival in El Paso. Get breakfast at airport; pick up vans. |
| 10-12 pm | Drive; stop for lunch |
| 1-4 pm | Drive to Wilderness Lodge in the Gila Mountains |
| 6 pm | Dinner, room arrangements |
| 9 pm | Lights out |
| Monday, May 12 | |
